Meander springs for extreme requirements

We produce tension springs for spring loaded seals made of premium quality material. Our standard product range encompasses V-shaped meander springs as well as helicoil springs in different sizes in the materials 1.4310 and Hastelloy C-276.

We deliver to you – according to your demands – spring rings ready to install which we cut to length and weld (laser welding or resistance welding) at your disposal. For smaller springs and special sizes we use photo etched matrices as well as profiled strips and produce spring rings by using a bending procedure. For large batch production of finished spring rings we produce them in high quality punching and bending tools to guarantee a highly stable process and good pricing.

Customer specific assembly and fit in
Additionally to producing your springs we can take on the fit in of them in your seals, from prototype to large series. This happens in our factory on our state-of-the-art assembly facility, also in a pressure and camera controlled environment if needed.
